Partial Revision of the Intermodal Station Passenger Rail Project Draft EIR

Now available for viewing and printing is a Partial Revision of the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the proposed passenger rail station at the Union City BART/Intermodal station. The Partial Revision is specific to the Noise Analysis.  The project includes track improvements to re-route Capitol Corridor passenger trains to allow a connection directly to BART in Union City. The planned Dumbarton Rail trains will also serve the BART/Intermodal station.

Washington Hospital's New Union City Clinic
Nakamura Clinic, Union City, Washington Hospital’s newest primary and urgent care clinic is now serving the community. Over the Counter Plan Check

In an effort to provide customers with one-stop plan check service, the Building, Planning, and Fire Divisions have initiated a program to review selected plans over the counter. While other cities in the area claim some form of "over-the-counter plan review," ours is a true one-stop program. No appointment, preliminary plan review, or "quick check" application form will be required.
