Help us make Union City a more environmentally sustainable community. We are working to add a new element on Environmental Sustainability to the General Plan that will focus on our green vision for the City. The purpose of the Element will be to create a policy framework for the City’s goals for Green Business, Green Design, Green Government, and Green Transportation.

Information on upcoming meetings and other resources will soon be available on this website. In the meantime, please contact members of our Planning Division with your ideas and suggestions for making Union City a greener community.
