The Holly Community Center, dedicated in 1984, is the center of Leisure Services activities on the western side of Union City. The Holly Center is a versatile facility where a wide range of events can be held including weddings, large banquets, meetings and conferences. The auditorium holds up to 250 people for dining. The auditorium has a wooden stage and a large kitchen area with plenty of counter space. The Holly Senior Room accommodates 90 people and is a great room for small events like baby showers or meetings.
Rental Deposit Cost:
$200 deposit events without alcohol/$400 non-resident
$300 deposit events with alcohol/$600 non-resident
*There is a five-hour minimum for this facility rental
