In order to reserve a sports field, groups must obtain a reservation form from the Union City Sports Center, 31224 Union City Boulevard.

All groups are required to provide the city with a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy with the City of Union City named as additionally insured.

Youth groups have priority at all city fields Monday thru Saturday, with the exception of Shorty Garcia Park. Shorty Garcia has youth priority from 4 pm to 7 pm, Monday through Friday and all day on Saturday.

Permits for January 1 through June 30 should be received by December 1. Permits for July 1 through December 1 should be received by June 1.
