Courthouse Landing’s entrance leads you to a small-concrete area with benches overlooking the playground. The playground has a soft fiber surface that may be used by children of all ages.The park has a large grass area divided by greenery which establishes a safe environment with its attractive white fence.

The park is located in the Victorian Village housing development where you can find some of the most creative homes in Union City.
