Fred Castro Park 10th and G Street
Union City, California 94587
This park is named in honor of Fred Castro, who served Union City for over 35 years as a park and recreation commissioner.
The entrance into Fred Castro Park is truly unique. The path is decorated with a tile inlay on the columns that resemble colorful murals. The blue and red concrete floor adds to its artistic ambiance.
This park was created with children in mind because its fiber playground takes up a large section of the park. The play equipment is surrounded by plants, greenery, and a small grass area with charming park benches. Fred Castro Park is enclosed by an attractive white iron fence that provides safety and security.
This park is not reservable.
