| Draft Short Range Transit Plan Available for Review |
The Metropolitan Transportation Commission requires transit operators receiving federal funding through the Transportation Improvement Program to prepare, adopt, and submit a Short Range Transit Plan (SRTP). The plan addresses route changes citywide and fare adjustments. Fare adjustments include fare increases and changes to fare categories. The complete Union City Transit Short Range Transit Plan (Draft) is now available for review. To comment on the Short Range Transit Plan Draft, please send comments to Steve Adams, Transit Planner via email, sadams@unioncity.org, phone, 510.675.5446, or attend the public hearing at Union City City Hall, 34009 Alvarado-Niles Road, on May 14, 2013 at 7:00p.
