The City of Union City is committed to protecting the environment and recognizes the importance of recycling, composting, and proper waste disposal and waste reduction practices. To preserve and protect the beauty and health of the community and to achieve State and County mandated recycling goals, Union City Recycles (the City) partners with our franchise service providers, Republic Services and Tri-CED Community Recycling, to offer the curbside recycle, compost, and landfill collection program and a variety of other waste reduction programs and services to assist residents and businesses in efforts to do the right thing.
