The two-story office building, which is the brainchild of Woodstock Development, broke ground on November 7, 2017 and is expected to be completed during fall of 2018.

The building measures approximately 31,381 square feet, and is being constructed of concrete and steel, with handsome glass on all sides of a prominent two-story lobby.

At the corner of Decoto Road and Station Way, the building is just steps to the Union City BART entrance, creating more opportunities for a car-free commute and clearing the way for new business and employees to experience a modern, diverse and sustainable lifestyle in Union City’s Station District.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, two future tenants of the building were announced:

  • Vicarious - develops artificial general intelligence for robots
  • Fresenius Medical - A kidney-health company offering specialty pharmacy and laboratory services, as well as manufacturing and distributing dialysis equipment, disposable products and renal pharmaceuticals
