Study Session on Station East Project

The applicant, Integral Communities, Inc. has submitted applications to develop 938 multi-family units (including a 98-unit affordable housing development), approximately 31,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail uses along Decoto Road, and public realm improvements including new roadways, bicycle paths and parks in an area currently developed with industrial uses. The project site is approximately 24 acres and is located within the Station East sub-area of the Station District.

The City will be holding study sessions to provide an overview of the project components for feedback prior to initiation of the environmental review phase, which entails preparation of an Environmental Impact Report. See Meeting Information below:
